I'm curious, why do the z-rods appear so neglected and exposed in the Anet A6 setup? Take a look at the photos below to see what I mean.\nSo, I came up with a design for some caps that fit snugly inside the Anet A6's acrylic frame. They're extremely thin to leave enough space above and beside the z-rods for them to move freely. This way, they won't collect dust from above while still having room to operate smoothly. As designers Eriobis and 1BigE have pointed out in their respective comments, it's essential not to force the z-rod at this point.\nI learned that designer jadames has created similar caps with a tighter fit around the rods. I'm referencing his design as a remix source because he's doing the same thing, showcasing two different approaches. Maybe a direct comparison will reveal which method is more effective in eliminating wobble. If you're interested in testing both designs and sharing your results, feel free to post them in the comments!\nI designed these caps using 123D Design and sliced them with Cura at a resolution of 0.2 mm. The rest of the settings were standard, given that this is a small part.\nOne more thing: don't forget to print two of them! The photos show an earlier print before I made some upgrades that improved my x-wobble. Check out my other designs soon for some exciting updates.
