I am printing a dust cap for my Sigma 18-200mm lens using PLA and ensuring the complete outer edge is sealed. My print settings are as follows: I'm using an Anet A6 printer, which doesn't require rafts, but I've opted to include them anyway. Supports are also enabled on this project.
