Dust Boot - thicker walls
thingiverse
I was trying to reprint this dust boot and realized it wasn't optimized for a printer with a .6mm nozzle on it. I redesigned it with minimal changes (aside from making the opening on the cover 1.25" in diameter so I can fit my 1" surfacing bit and collet through it. I made the walls slightly wider around the base so there were no giant holes. The cover has very tight tolerances so it won't come out while cutting. The brushes for the dust boot were designed to be printed in one or two layers with a .6mm nozzle if you so desire. I added the .f3d files for the designs so you can make adjustments if you would like. I did my best to parameterize the values of the brush you you can change the dimensions with little effort. (hopefully)
