A floor-mounted dust collection hub accommodates a 4" Schedule 40 flange and comprises of features such as adjustable sweep positions and four 4" hose nipples. The top is designed for a 4" female cam lock connector, which can be attached to various accessories in the shop. The entire structure is printed with FDM tolerances, mainly from a Fortus 250mc for the top components, MakerBot Z18 for base and elbows that may need slight adjustments. The rotor, however, is made of Vero material from an Objet 260 Connex3. It's essential to print with multiple contours around tapped holes, and McMaster part numbers are provided. To remove the rotor, ensure the connection between the base and elbow assembly is loose and opened there.
