Dust'Air
thingiverse
The goal is to develop an autonomous gadget, mounted on a bicycle, that would chart pollution levels within a city. This would enable comparisons between different bike paths. To achieve this, we're utilizing a GPS module and a particle monitor, both connected via serial lines. A Raspberry Pi (version 2) and a power bank have been repurposed from an earlier project. Additionally, I've included a DHT22 sensor to track temperature, which could be of interest. Currently, the design is far from being compact due to the size of the Raspberry Pi and the power bank. The software and sensor specifications can be found here: https://github.com/kif/dustair A data visualization tool based on Jupyter Notebooks is available in the GitHub project's data directory.
With this file you will be able to print Dust'Air with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Dust'Air.
