This is a standard shower curtain ring. The top one in the photo shows the original factory-made ring that this Thing was modeled after. Can you spot the difference? If it doesn't fit your existing rings, change the parameters in the OpenSCAD file attached or use my customizer (as soon as the Minions at Thingiverse get that feature working again...).
