Artists Jed Rau and Elisa Rodero crafted a stunning work using plaster embedded gauze, paint. The design began as a traditional sash, often worn at pageants or award ceremonies, but evolved into a dynamic spiral shape that conveys growth and renewal. This powerful piece represents breast cancer survivors boldly declaring to the world: "I'm still here." Confident in their resilience, they assert their beauty and individuality, inspiring others to find value in them despite life's challenges. With each passing day, these women have grown stronger, more aware of their inner strength and its transformative power.
