Durchgang für Filament in Tukkari

<p>Ich nutze den Drucker mit MMU in einem Tukkari Enclose. Für die fünf Filamente der MMU sind Durchgänge vorhanden. Da ich aber für bestimmte Drucke (z.B. TPU) die MMU ausschalte und den Bypass der MMU nutze, brauche ich eine weitere Filamentzuführung. Diese habe ich dann in Fusion entworfen.</p><p>In die Rückwand des Tukkari Enclose wird mit Forstnerbohrer ein 15mm Loch gebohrt. Ich habe von beiden Seiten gebohrt, um Ausrisse zu vermeiden.<br><br>Der Durchgang wird eingeschraubt und der PTFE-Schlauch für das Filament durchgeführt.</p><p>Da ich das Filament für den Bypass auf einem “normalen” Rollenhalter auf den Tukkari stelle, habe ich noch eine kleine Halterung gebaut, in die ein PC6 M10 eingeschraubt wird. So läuft das Filament geschützt durch den Schlauch und das beladen ist auch recht komfortabel.</p><p>Die Fusion360 Dateien füge ich bei, falls die Teile angepasst werden sollen.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I use the printer with MMU in a Tukkari Enclose. Passages are provided for the five filaments of the MMU. But since I switch off the MMU for certain prints (e.g. TPU) and use the bypass of the MMU, I need another filament feed. I then designed this in Fusion.</p><p>A 15mm hole is drilled into the rear wall of the Tukkari Enclose with a Forstner bit. I drilled from both sides to avoid tearing.</p><p>The passage is screwed in and the PTFE tube for the filament is passed through.</p><p>Since I put the filament for the bypass on a “normal” reel seat on the Tukkari, I built a small holder into which a PC6 M10 is screwed. The filament runs protected through the hose and loading is also quite comfortable.</p><p>I attach the Fusion360 files if the parts should be adjusted.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
