Welcome to Nepal! This model was created by MiniWorld 3D founder Dany Sánchez. Pagodas are typical structures of the East, usually taking the form of a several-story, wooden tower with gabled roofs. This model represents any of the many pagodas in Kathmandu's Durbar Square, Nepal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Several buildings in the Square collapsed due to a major earthquake on 25 April 2015 (from Wikipedia). In a joint effort between MiniWorld 3D and Pinshape, all profits from downloads of this model in Pinshape.com in 2015 were donated to UNICEF Nepal Relief. Donations were matched by government and corporate sponsors, meaning donations were tripled. If you'd like to donate more, visit UNICEF.
