Durafly Tundra Dropper plate
thingiverse
I'm using a V1 Candy dropper from Hobby King, but its weight and drag are major drawbacks. To address this issue, I designed a lightweight and low-profile plate that replaces the original one. The servo controls a push rod to release a rubber band holding anything attached to the bottom of the Tundra. To make it work, you'll need: 1. A 12g servo - I use a TowerPro MG90S. 2. A small zip tie to secure the servo wires in place. 3. An M3 screw to hold the rubber band steady. 4. Two screws to attach the servo securely. 5. One push rod wire.
