Durable quick release bike light mount with Gopro (or similar) adapter

You can totally fit a normal-sized phone in there, and go catch some pokemons!!! Bike light mount that doubles as a GoPro mount for a 22mm diameter handlebar! I've been meaning to do this for a really long time (it took me over 100 broken rubberbands to piss me off enough to finally design this :) ). This is a super durable bike light mount with quick release for a bike handlebar of about 22mm diameter. The quick release itself is a bit borrowed from a small mini-ski, but any similar one with a strap width under 20mm will work just fine. I also added an awesome "security / pull-down helper (Anti-theft block)" at the end of the strap to help you pull it tighter with gloves on and prevent those sneaky clowns from stealing your strap. To go further, I've included alternative design for the pull-down helper that has magnet holes added for a 5mm cube magnets. This is for securing it to a metal surface during the ride and keeping it from flying around and banging into things while you ride. (This is totally optional...I don't know how big of a problem this is going to be, but these worked like a charm). Also added a GoPro mount adapter for those action-packed runs to the store or something. And when done or dark, just swap the light back on! Design goals were: To make it work exactly as intended! (#1 most of the time :) To make it really durable (small bangs won't damage it in the bike shed). To make it super compatible with different-sized torches. To design it so that there are no extra attachments required on torches (sharp corners could eat through pockets). To design a simple quick release mechanism. To make it as small as possible. To keep it secured in place near-permanently and not slipping around while driving – nuts&bolts are the way to go! If possible, make it compatible with GoPro. Stuff you'll need: Nuts and bolts: 3x12 2pcs (optional) 3x40 2pcs 3x30 4pcs 3mm nyloc nut 8pcs 5mm nut for GoPro mount (optional) Self-locking strap with a 20mm strap or velcro 5mm cube magnets (1or2) (optional) Instructions: Print (obviously). Clean if needed. Lay down the strap on the groove. Insert the 3x40 screws thru perpendicular holes to the strap as pictured (you may need to turn those in all the way since the clearance is designed to be smaller than the thickness of the strap). Cut the strap to the desired length and melt the end fibers with a heat source of your choosing. Optional: Insert 1/2x 5mm cube magnets into their slots with glue. Cut holes in the strap according to the holes in the pull-down helper block (lay the block over the strap and punch thru). Sandwich the strap between the blocks. Insert 2x 3x12 bolts and tighten. (Optional): Mount it to a desired place on the handlebar. Insert 4x 3x30 bolts and tighten. Ride like the wind!
