Durable K8200 z-axis stop holder
thingiverse
Easily slide this over an aluminum profile, which is part of your printer's horizontal frame. It attaches with a single M5 screw to maintain its position permanently. Most z-switch holders are attached to the z-axis motor holder, but placing it on the printer frame allows for easy disassembly without recalibration. Designed using a caliper, Solidworks 2013, and some expertise, this is still a work in progress that has yet to be tested on a real printer. It fits over the profile, but proper positioning along the x-axis should be verified during testing. An edit confirms its successful fit, suggesting an optimal orientation with the contour following the z-axis and the switch mount facing upwards.
