Duplo Universal Seat Adapter & Child Seat

My objective was to design an adapter that allows vintage small Duplo toys from the early 1990s to fit into contemporary vehicles, chairs, and other locations with no large central stud. The child seat achieved this goal. Subsequently, I enhanced the design by incorporating holes in the base for both standard and large center studs, drawing inspiration from the classic Duplo chicken model. Additionally, I modified the top stud to function as both a standard and large center stud, inspired by the classic Duplo tree part featuring two branches. This adapter now enables seamless compatibility between modern and vintage Duplo toys. You can install your modern Duplo bird on a classic horse or have your 1990s Duplo children sit atop contemporary standard nub columns. With this adapter, everything should now work together smoothly. The OpenSCAD script is included to allow you to adjust the measurements for your printer as needed.
