Duplo to Brio converter brick

Made the cylinders underneath a little smaller and reduced the size of the nubs to make it easier to mate with Duplo. Still tight but better. It does now need to be printed with supports however. On the track side, the original seems to mate with genuine Brio nicely but the distance between hole and edge on the female side is a little long for some non-Brio parts. The `compatible` files reduce this spacing so fit better with Brio clone tracks. The Duplo sides are identical.
