Here is a collection of rotors designed specifically for Duplo sets, featuring a large rotor ideal for helicopters as well as two smaller ones suitable for turntable ladders and cranes. One of these small rotors boasts rounded edges at its upper portion to prevent collisions with adjacent brick knobs. To assemble the rotors, you'll require a FR4-ZZ Miniature Flange Ball Bearing with an inner diameter of 6.35 mm / 0.25 inch, an outer diameter of 15.88 mm / 0.625 inch, and a height of 4.98 mm / 0.196 inch. These bearings can be sourced from eBay for approximately 2€ or so. If necessary, you can secure the bearings in place by applying glue to the inner hole of the rotor's bottom part. Thanks to the chamfers on the lower part of the rotor, no additional support is required. However, it's possible that some filament may protrude where the bearings are inserted, but this can be easily trimmed away. To print these rotors, a 0.4 mm nozzle and slicing settings of 0.35 mm are recommended. Keep in mind that varying slicers or nozzle diameters might result in different wall thicknesses, potentially affecting the fit with other Duplo parts. Fingers crossed that this won't be an issue!
