I intentionally skipped printing the middle section with support. To achieve a flat surface that can be bridged and printed without supports, I sealed the holes on top of the middle part. Following the print, simply drill the original holes back in. Credit goes to the original creator for inventing this fantastic little gadget. I'm now ready to start printing it!
