Duplo Pulley

I had to make a duplo pulley from scratch since I couldn't find one, but I'm confident it will work once printed. To assemble it, simply drill a hole and insert the rope. After printing, be sure to cut or sand down the stoppers to fit your needs, as I upgraded the base to ensure smooth operation. The wheel runs freely inside its housing, which I've revised since my initial post. I've reuploaded the original base model for reference, as it appears the issue was with my printer rather than the design itself.
