My kid goes crazy over his Disney Cars Mega Bloks characters and can't get enough of mixing and matching them. I took a low-poly rally car (E30) that was floating around online and managed to make it work seamlessly with these characters. The parts come up as "not manifold" in Cura, but I'm not tech-savvy enough to figure out how to fix the issue. Despite this, it still prints just fine as you can see from the pictures. To print your own version, start by printing 4 wheels and a base with 20% infill - no supports are needed for these parts. The top section also doesn't require any supports. However, the front and back portions do need some support to prevent warping during the printing process. You might be able to get away without supports if you print them upright or at an angle.
