On this image I marked the down face in blue. This way, the layerlines of the plug are 90 degrees to the layerlines of the hulls, providing maximum strength.</p><p>For assembly, just put the core in the center of a hull and push on another hull. The fit is pretty close, and pretty hard to pull apart once assembled. With a drop of super glue on each side of the core, it'll be rock solid.</p><p>If you intend to glue, do NOT dryfit both hulls on a core, because you might not be able to pull it apart, and it'll fall apart randomly later.&nbsp;</p><p>The easiest way is to take one hull, put in a drop of glue, and then put in the core firmly. Let dry for a second, and put a drop in the other hull. Push the plug/core assembly into that.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
