Duplo compatible straight track with elevation adjustment

This track can be adjusted for elevation based on your specific requirements. I reworked @pjotrx's design, made a few modifications to simplify printing (first layer "brim" for adhesion, middle piece bridging fix), and added the ability to customize the elevation setting. The track has been rendered in three different elevations: zero elevation, half brick (9.6mm), and full brick (19.2mm). To install, simply snap the chosen height brick onto the straight piece as shown in my picture. Pull requests are always welcome! https://github.com/sergesyrota/duplo-elevated-rail
