This week, I've been on the hunt for Duplo plates, but have had no luck finding them. In desperation, I created a substitute for our son using an Up! printer with 0.3mm layer height and loose fill, which took approximately 1.5 hours. The fit is snug, but the piece is quite bendy and may require gluing to a small wooden plate for added stability. There's always the possibility of de-lamination or protruding parts breaking off, so remember to use home-printed toys at your own risk and supervise children while they play.
