Duplo 8 x 2 car base, 8 wheels

I've taken the original 2 x 4 car base by MixedGears and significantly expanded its dimensions, effectively doubling its size. In addition to this expansion, I've also upgraded the number of wheels, providing a smoother ride. Furthermore, I've subtly increased the diameter of the wheel holes to ensure proper movement and prevent stiffness due to print settings.
