Duplicator i3 plus TL-Smoother Extruder mount

A custom bracket is created for the BigTreeTech TL-Smoother, remixed from the CiiCooler carrier support by jcheger and the Maker Select plus Smoother mount by Spacecat66. This bracket uses 8mm M3 screws to attach the TL-Smoother to the top and can be used with both the stock interface board base and the CiiCooler carrier support made by Jcheger. Edit 4/22/18: A new version of this bracket, version 2, is added. The height has been extended to provide clearance for wires going to the board underneath the smoother mount. Additionally, standoffs have been changed from bars to domes to reduce material usage.
