Duplicator i3 Plus/Maker Select Plus Light Bracket

Print the bracket with the LED panels facing inwards as they appear in .STL files. Ensure the closed end of the bracket is towards the print bed. I printed mine at 0.1mm layer heights, but 0.2mm should be more than enough. As Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus/Monoprice Maker Select Plus printers are native 24V machines, wire the LED panels in series to ensure each panel receives only 12V of power. The light panels I used are available on Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00H9OQKCM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. If purchased from Amazon, the two 6 SMD LED panels come with a little soldering required to rewire their backs as shown in pictures. I wired the light directly to the fan for the heatsink on the hotend, which runs constantly when the printer is switched on. You can wire it directly to the fan or put an inline plug like I did. The lights from Amazon come with a bunch of connectors that I reused. The side cover fits very tightly into the bracket. Gently scrape away at the edges to achieve a tight fit. Be careful not to force it in, as this may break the little tab where the wires run or cause the cover to fall out during printing.
