Duplicator i3 Nexus 5 Mount
thingiverse
I use my trusty old Nexus 5 as a cutting-edge always-on touchscreen monitor for Octoprint. I built this clip to give the phone a secure home on top of my Monoprice Maker Select. Remixed from Cyul's innovative spool holder clip and Ackeric's ingenious Nexus 5 car clip, I've taken it to the next level. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: 20% Notes: Use support everywhere for a sturdy build. Print parts as they are oriented in the STL file. The phone clip can be printed flat with no supports, but thin parts may break along layers if done that way. I designed this clip to be assembled with pegs holding it together while the glue dries. So far, mine is holding together remarkably well without any glue.
