Duplicator i3 LED Ledberg Mount
thingiverse
The LED light I use is a genuine IKEA item from the Ledberg line:http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/80298822/ To do it right: Print out side mounts, create an exact duplicate of each side mount, and fabricate a hot-end bracket. Attach LED mounts securely to all brackets using screws that came with the LED kit. Tighten the hot end bracket firmly onto existing screws for the chain link (it fits snugly), and secure wires neatly along the chain link. Install both side mounts carefully to corner screws (use lower pair of screws, see images for guide). Please be aware that longer M3 screws are a must-have to finish this step successfully. For managing cables effectively, I employed materials provided in the LED kit, as well as specialized velcro cable ties. Take a look at my images for examples of excellent cable management. Moreover, I used 3M damage-free stickers (the kind included with the hook) to secure the square splitter of the LED firmly onto the frame. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 50% Notes: Printed at a high-quality setting of 0.2mm with infill density of 50%+. The printer required only a raft for the hot-end light mount. I wisely omitted support, ensuring seamless print completion.
