This Duplex faceplate holds a snap in all-female duplex RJ-12 adapter and will fit into place where a Digitrax UP-5 throttle faceplate would go on our Freemo modules for model trains. Since there are no active electronics, it is compatible with NCE systems as well. I printed this in PLA, but PETG or even CF-Nylon would work well (if you want a unique look) I used a .6 nozzle with a .9 extrusion width at 40mm/sec to cut print time down (30 minutes) July 14,2021 - added the Simplex version which captures the duplex adapter the other way around, with the single outlet towards the faceplate. This allows for "daisy chain" installation on modules - (not recommended best practice). Preferred method is a a "star configuration" which lowers the number of mechanical connections in the system.
