Duotone Echo Foil Wing plastic boom parts

This is my first tested prototype of boom endings for Duotone foil wings with solid center strut (strut and boom is merged to one thing). I tested it on my Duotone foil wing 2020.The design is based on the images from manual + eshop images of the things. It fits perfectly to my wing. My total weight is about 800g PLASTIC+BOOM.FRONT:Im using 30x1.5mm Aircraft Dural pipe (ALU 7075) as a boom. The front part is therefore made for this diameter. TAIL:The tail part is made for 25x1.5mm pipe(Part2.stl) (the first plan was to make the boom from 2 pipes that can slide in).If you plan to use it with one long 30mm pipe, then use the part2-xxx-for30mm-tube.stlThere are 3 sizesSHORT - for max depowerMIDDLE - standard settingLONG - min depowerPRINT:You can print it as it is laying on the side (lot of supports is required). But if you need to make it look better, there is possibility to split the part in half laying ot the side and print them separately + glue it together. The model include the M2 screw socket to align and tight together after glue.Im appreciating to glue the boom in the front part wit PU glue. It will expand to gaps and bind the print layers together with the boom (EPOXY works fine too).For best strength, use as much walls as you can + 100% infill. The tail part is made to be hardened with steel screw core. It will defeat the part from shear stress in the connection to the pipe. If you will print it, please let me some opinion in COMMENTS regarding to the strength (if it survived your rides and if some weight of the parts can be optimized or something must be make stronger). Happy kiting/winging/foiling.UPDATE: i made the Part2-middle-for30mm-tube-V2.STL with stronger walls on the tip. The first version can break if you pull hard to the inserted wing line (during build). But it is safe during flight.
