This highly detailed modular city contains a variety of features including buildings, road tiles, street furniture and more. The set consists of six 100m x 100m road tiles (Block 1, Block 2, Block 3 and Block 4), which can be used to add high detail to real-time environments. Native format is 3ds Max 8, with no third-party software required. Textures are included in the Max KC13.rar file, allowing users to download textures for other formats as well. The set includes many detailed buildings and houses, along with street lights, traffic lights, mailboxes, trash cans, trees, phone booths, air conditioning units, bus stops, subway entrances, street signs, seating areas, satellite dishes, water storage towers, and billboards.
