I created a mock-up of a book for my upcoming Dungeons & Dragons campaign, purely for the sheer fun of it and perhaps because I've got a confession to make - I'm a total nerd at heart. The book is pretty much game-ready as it stands, but I might also render it on Unity or Marmoset too.
