This dice tower is crafted specifically for dungeon masters, featuring two distinct dice rolling paths with arrows at the top that clearly indicate which direction they will emerge from. Each tray has side walls to conceal the roll if needed. The logo proudly displays the RMObjects LLC emblem, a company where I previously spent significant time before pursuing other endeavors. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: Mini Resolution: Max Infill: 10-15% Notes: For optimal results, print using clear filament to seamlessly integrate LED lighting. Some minor printing defects may appear on both arrows unless higher infill is applied during the upper stages of printing. However, these imperfections are hardly noticeable when utilizing clear filament. Post-Printing Optional LED Enhancement Note: This process requires a clear filament for successful execution. To add LED lighting, locate the built-in cavity at the bottom that prints without supports. Choose a small, slim battery-operated LED string, preferably one that utilizes watch batteries. Carefully drill two hidden cavities under each dice rolling pathway using a small drill. Exercise caution to avoid damaging these pathways. Position the tower in front of a light source to clearly identify the cavity locations on the bottom. They will be situated directly below the arrows indicating direction. How I Designed This I devoted two weeks to designing this project from scratch in Sketchup, refining my approach through six prototypes before arriving at this final design. The dice tower was custom-created for a local Dungeon Master who utilizes red lighting during battle mode, which he activates with great enthusiasm!
