My wife was diving into making dumplings and I noticed she was wrestling with the fragile handles on the low-cost one she had so wasn't getting a nice tight seal.\r\nI first crafted the star edge which worked beautifully, but needed a couple more layers in the perimeter to reinforce the hinge area, then I also reduced the layer height to .15 for improved bonding.\r\nIt's working fantastically. We had banana and caramel sauce dumplings for breakfast, it was delicious.\r\nI then designed the fanned pattern so she can easily distinguish different fillings.\r\nBoth designs work exceptionally well, they're extremely solid.\r\nIf you make them maybe share your filling ideas.
