This is a simple toy for kids, originally from an old Wood Magazine project. It was modeled using Solidworks 2015 software and later rendered with Simlab Composer 6 Mechanical Edition (SIM included). The frames were edited in Virtualdub and saved as AVI/X264 and BMP formats. MyMP4BoxGui was used to remux the video into MP4 format, while GifApp created the gifs. IrfanView was employed to edit the renders. Notably, all 3D-PDF, ZIM, and SIMLAB files are animated. You can view the ZIM file on IOS and Android devices using the free Simlab Viewer app that comes with the Simlab Composer 6 Mechanical Edition. The model is available in multiple formats, including Solidworks 2015, Simlab Composer 6, DAE, STEP, IGES, STL, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, and ZIM.
