I designed the device to clean out a small SFP slot, and later utilized it to play a prank on some support specialists. I inquired why this specific port with a dummy SFP was not blinking, while the actual SFP module was already installed inside. Use at your own risk, as I have successfully tested it on a Cisco 3560 device.
