I'm building a partial replica of the DSO138 mini oscilloscope, minus some parts that didn't require precise dimensions. To cut holes in surrounding designed components, I've used booleans instead of true representations. These are 0.2mm larger on all sides than their actual counterparts to accommodate a 0.4mm nozzle. The included parts are: USB port, test loop port, BNC cylinder, and screen. This dummy helped me design the following project: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3234032, which fits quite well indeed.
