This is a lightweight quick release system designed for holding small weights from slipping off the barbell. The main advantage of this design is that it can be quickly attached in just one second, which is significantly faster than traditional lock nuts. Additionally, I also applied a piece of rubber to the flat surface, which increases the resistance when trying to turn the quick release on the bar.
