The Dumbbell Quad Guard Plates protect your thighs against various injuries such as cutting the screw caps into the thighs. The Plates form a flush closure on the dumbbell face whereby the weight is evenly distributed on the quads and no punctual pain and bruises occur. Not only are the quads spared, the dumbbells can also be more effectively placed in exercise positions such as bench press, incline bench press, etc. The Plates are available in outer diameter versions 140, 160, 180, 200, 220 mm and fit all standard dumbbell bars with a hole diameter of 30mm with corresponding "star" screw cap.
