Upon completion in 2010, it boasted the largest footprint in Charlotte, ranking second among the city's tallest buildings and 63rd nationwide. Its unique design features precast double tees, a first of its kind globally. Duke Energy is proud to call this tower home, with Wells Fargo owning both the tower and the adjacent cultural arts campus. According to Wikipedia, this architectural marvel was built to impress.
