The proposed diploma project entails transforming a vintage home along with an adjoining manufacturing facility into a contemporary distillery. The plan includes establishing an on-site factory outlet, office space, and a "laboratory environment" for visitors to observe the distillation process. A new entranceway will lead to the outlet shop.
