Accurate 3D city model and its surrounding area are based on GIS data as of Year 2020. The size of this dataset is 60 kilometers. Created in Cinema 4D, it is ready for rendering using the standard renderer. Building strokes used in Cinema 4D have been applied with sketch and toon effects. Stroked buildings, trees (mograph cloner), water effects, and stroked roads are exclusive features of the Cinema 4D file. No plugins were utilized in this project. The model is low-poly in design. The city model is based on GIS data from Year 2020. A base satellite and map texture are included with the model. This royalty-free model is available for use without any licensing fees. With over five million polygons in big cities, it offers a detailed representation of urban landscapes. Layers within this dataset include building, roads, routes, amenity, leisure, landuse, natural, water, man-made, railway/train, and aeroway categories. The model comes in various formats: C4D (native), 3DS, STL, FBX, and OBJ. Suitable for use in games, education, architecture, and other applications, this model is ideal for town and urban planning as well as real estate purposes. However, it's worth noting that some cities were generated using our own AI tool to create buildings, resulting in slight variations from the original data.
