Duinotech TL4076 Z-Axis manual adjustment knob
thingiverse
Save your fingers by using the manual adjustment knob for the z-axis. Before making adjustments, ensure that your steppers are disabled to avoid any accidental movements. The g-codes I've added set the print parameters as follows: layer height at 0.1mm, line width at 0.4mm, and wall thickness at 0.8mm (two layers of 0.4mm each). For top and bottom solid layers, eight layers are specified with a total thickness of 0.8mm (eight layers of 0.1mm each). Infill is set to 60% grid pattern. The print temperature has been set at 210 degrees Celsius. This should work well if you've addressed any z-axis wobble issues.
