Duetwifi/Ethernet Case

I redesigned a Duet WIFI/Ethernet enclosure. I liked the overall size and proportions of this box, but found it to be too fiddly for my liking. I remixed it to have a one-piece lid with the Duet3d logo, removed the internal dividers, added some extra wiring exit points to improve the neatness when setting up the printer, and included the ability to attach a 30x30 fan on the bottom of the case.
