Designed this enclosure for my new D-Bot, taking into account its unique requirements. The walls are only 1mm thick, allowing them to flex while providing ample strength where needed. A 40mm x 10mm fan can fit snugly within the case, and its height accommodates even the largest temperature daughter boards. To keep wiring organized, I've added stand-offs that enable easy zip tying down of cables. To ensure a secure fit, thread the zip ties through the stand-offs before installing them inside the enclosure with the Duet board in place.
