Update 01-01-18 - Request for a 12 point nut design to offer a wider range of fit positions over the large nut is now complete. I have also made available a simplified version that can be easily printed. Unfortunately, the photos are not of the actual unit listed here but rather an older version. This design builds upon the smart effector Nimble mount by Zesty Technologies and includes a nut trap for the large nut holding the heatsink nut in place. This prevents it from loosening once the adaptor is installed, making it nearly impossible to tighten afterwards. Fortunately, this doesn't seem to affect the sensitivity of the smarteffector. However, ensure that the large nut fits snugly into the adaptor without being overly tight against it, as this might dampen the PCB's flexibility and reduce the SE's sensitivity. Additionally, when assembling the hotend into the SE, consider the orientation of the large nut relative to your heatsink.
