Duet3D Ethernet Case

Duet3D Ethernet Case

I opted for a Duet3D Ethernet board and Duet3D display on my Hypercube build. Available cases for Duet boards were not compact enough to integrate with my QiDi Tech 1, so I created this custom case myself. It fits perfectly, but I had to remove the adhesive backing after assembly, or it would obstruct the printing area. This design features two interchangeable cases: one with mounting pads for a modfet bed heater controller and another without. Two identical lids are also provided - one with a logo and the other without. The lid is secured using #6 x 3/8" sheet metal screws. The case includes pre-drilled holes and cutouts to accommodate an 80mm fan, which helps keep the board cool, although it operates within acceptable temperature ranges as is. In fact, I need to install a PWM controller in the fan circuit to reduce its speed, since it's currently the loudest component on my printer.
