Duet WiFi/Ethernet 3030 right angle mount

thingiverse

A specially designed wifi/ethernet case attaches easily to right angle sections of 3030 extrusions, featuring countersunk holes for a secure 60mm fan installation that provides active cooling. The bottom right pin serves as a locator pin due to potential placement behind an angled bracket in your setup. Every other hole is optimized for direct screwing into the plastic with either an M4 tap or self-tapped M4 screws for added security, where using a hex lock-nut/nut when it protrudes through the back is recommended. The holes offer generous cable acceptance areas but can be adjusted if necessary; simply let me know. This case was engineered specifically for the Duet Ethernet but should also work seamlessly with WiFi configurations, excluding boards that utilize DueX expansion modules - feel free to experiment and see what works best. The lid features a simple push fit design, where thicker bumps on one side are slightly more pronounced than the others due to the case's lateral flexibility; simply place the thicker bumps first and then gently flex the case to snap in the smaller bumps.
