I modified the Duet Wifi 2020/3030 case by Moederbeer to give myself access to the USB port and the rest switch, while also exposing the wifi card. Since I didn't want to attach it to my frame, I added tabs for surface mounting to any flat surface. I eliminated the original 20/30 mounting holes and added more slots for wires and improved cooling. To boost rigidity, I made the sides thicker. Although I used 20% infill at the time, in hindsight I should have opted for 50-80% infill for better adhesion between wall layers. The lid is also slightly thicker now.
