Duet Wifi + DUEX + ATX enclosure

Duet Wifi + DUEX + ATX enclosure

Hi all, This enclosure is specifically designed to hold a Duet Wifi board with a DUEX2/5 expansion module, an SSR, and an ATX PSU. Current revisions include running printer cables through circular holes; however, I may revise this to use connectors instead. 1.5mm standoffs are required between the Duex and Duet Wifi boards for the back holes to line up properly. The walls of this enclosure are 4mm thick, requiring M4 screws for mounting the Duets and lid. The screw length is your choice within the limitations of thread depth; I've intentionally made the thread depths longer to accommodate multiple lengths based on availability in different areas. The fan and ATX PSU mounting points use screw holes derived from templates sourced via Google, which are believed to be fairly accurate. Note: A print bed or print height of approximately 300mm is required to print this enclosure. Overall dimensions are 289 x 158 x 160. No feet have been designed into the model as it will depend on how users wish to use this enclosure. I plan to create separate feet that can be attached under the PSU ventilation side for improved ventilation; making them one piece would unnecessarily complicate the print. **UPDATE:** A new version has been uploaded with a slide-in mount for Duetwifi+duex boards, which hasn't been printed yet and should be approached with caution. It was designed in Fusion 360 with tight tolerances. Please comment if you have any questions or hit like if you find this design useful.
