Duet WiFi Case and 75mm Fan Adapter
thingiverse
This is a case for the Duet WiFi 32 bit controller. July 31 update: New case lid file uploaded to address mounting holes not correctly aligned. The case is designed to provide convection air flow when mounted vertically or can have a fan attached to provide forced air cooling by design. The PCB mounts centrally with space on all sides for wiring. It protects the WiFi antenna while still allowing access to the SD card. A cutout is provided so most USB cables should plug in easily. The lid is optional and provides wire access cut outs. Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Pro Dual Rafts: Don't matter at all. Supports: No supports needed. Resolution: Choose 0.2mm or 0.1mm resolution. Infill: Use 20% infill or more for best results. Note: I printed the first one with two perimeters and 20% infill but this is purely a suggestion, lower infills may well be fine. How I Designed This I designed this case in Fusion 360.
