Duet Wifi box with delta mount

First, I'm French, so my English is not perfect, sorry about that, it's genetic since Napoleon. ================== You printed it? Did you like it? Tip me a few bucks or local pesos; It'll cover my daily coffee/beer/baguette consumption cost. ==================
Changelog:
* 2018/04/26: Added step file source for remix. * 2017/07/09: V1-1: Fixed holes in the box to use M3 screws for triangle mounting and M3 (with nut) up to M4 (for M3 cylinder nut insert) for the Duet mount. * 2017/07/08: V1: Initial release. Story: I really liked the Tevo Little Monster Duet3D Cover, but it didn't meet all my needs.
What It Is:
- A box for Duet Wifi control board. - 4 Cable pass-through inserts (in flex). - 2 mounts to attach the box into the inner triangle of a Delta Printer (In my case, the upper triangle).
Notes:
- For an unknown reason, my STL files are not generated in the position where they should be printed; pick up the larger face, only the Box might require supports, not the rest of the parts. - Cable_pass-through_V1.stl are printed in FLEX (10% ~ 20% infill), it's not meant to be printed with standard plastic. - Top cover has holes for a 120mm fan. - Box contains 8 holes, 4 with integrated spacers for the Duet and 4 to attach mounting parts. - 1.75 filament can be used as pin joint for the top cover. - I printed mine in PETG (Dailyfil) and FLEX for cable pass-through (Polyflex). - Mount parts are designed to be fixed on a 2020 extrusion (so it can be fixed to 2040, 2060); the body is not in full contact with the box in case you want to drill holes in the bottom of the box and need space for the screw heads.
Tweaks from the Original Model (Because It's a Remix):
- I removed a few filets for better first-layer adhesion and reduced the thickness of the bottom. - Changed the attachment of the top case to reduce "wobbling" and allow 1.75mm filament as the pin joint. - Added a simple lock-up mechanism. - Moved and changed holes on the sides of the box to allow my cable pass-through part printed in flex to be inserted and stay in place. - Added cable pass-through part (printed in flex) so it can be easily removed or updated for more specific needs. - Added mount for fixing the box in the inner triangle of a delta printer.
